Requirements

•  Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license to book our Can-Ams.
•  Must be at least 16 years old to operate.
•  Must have proof of Vehicle Insurance. (Electronic Copies are Accepted)
• A $1,000.00 Deposit is required upon pick up. 
•  Liability waivers must be signed for all participants.
•  A rental agreement must be signed in order to pick up our UTV.

• Legacy UTV can deliver our UTV's upon request if available.
• If delivery is needed please call us directly for scheduling. 
•  Delivery availability varies based on distance and time requested. 
• There is an additional fee for delivery based on distance and duration of rental

• Cancelations must be made 24 Hours prior to your pick up time to receive a refund.
• Same day cancelations will NOT receive refunds. 
• Failure to show up for a pick up will result in a cancelation with out a refund
• Customers who show up more than 1 hour late to a pick up may receive late fees.
• Changes to pick up times or re-schedules may be available if Legacy is contacted in a timely manor to your scheduled pick up.
